An Unlimited Subscription will provide you with the ability to submit as many LIVE filings as you need for the duration of the subscription. You’ll pay once for the annual subscription and until the anniversary of your payment date, you won’t pay for any part of GoFiler Online regardless of how many filings you submit and how many filings are accepted by EDGAR.
Buying an Unlimited Subscription can be done on GoFiler Online using a valid credit card. You may also be billed on net-30 payment terms depending on your account’s standing.
How the Unlimited Subscription works:

Set your Payment Method to Unlimited Subscription.

Choose your payment options. You may need a valid credit card in order to proceed.

Create your EDGAR submission as normal.

Use the File Live function when you are ready to submit your Live filing.
Your Unlimited Subscription will be active for one year, during which time you will not be charged for any LIVE filings that are accepted by EDGAR.
Helpful Hints:
- You will be alerted when an Unlimited Subscription is about to expire, so you will have time to renew your subscription without experiencing an interruption of service.
- Unlimited Subscription access can only be purchased in one-year increments.
